Your booking is valid on the date selected and displayed on your booking confirmation. Please be aware that no transfer or refund can be provided once your booking is confirmed. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Occasionally we may have to close the park due to circumstances outside of our control in which case you can claim a full refund, please contact us by email: [email protected]

Refunds can only be made to the original card used with the original booking.

Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server, with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation.
